Product Introduction of Quartz Flange Tube-sara
Gepubliceerd op: October 22, 2026
Quartz flange tubes are manufactured from high-purity fused silica material. They feature outstanding high-temperature resistance, superior thermal stability, excellent corrosion resistance and high light transmittance. They are key components widely used in semiconductors, optical instruments, laboratory equipment, high-temperature reaction chambers, UV disinfection systems and other industries.
The flange structure is integrally formed or precision welded. The flange surface is finely lapped with high flatness for reliable sealing performance, enabling easy assembly and connection with other pipes and chambers.
✅ Key Properties
- High Temperature Resistance: Continuous service temperature up to 1100℃, peak short-term temperature resistance 1200℃. Ultra-low thermal expansion coefficient makes it resistant to thermal shock and cracking under rapid heating & cooling.
- Chemical Corrosion Resistance: Resistant to most acids, alkalis and organic solvents, except hydrofluoric acid and concentrated phosphoric acid.
- Optical Transmittance: Excellent transmittance across UV, visible and near-infrared spectrum. JGS1 grade supports deep ultraviolet application.
- Electrical Insulation: Maintains stable insulating property even at high temperature.
- Customization: Customizable outer diameter, wall thickness, length, flange dimension, holes and bevel. Surface treatments including fire polishing, cold polishing and precision grinding are available.
Internal defects such as bubbles, striae and inclusions are strictly controlled with tight tolerance, suitable for vacuum pipeline, gas delivery, high-temperature reaction and optical inspection applications.
